Shoot Five - Work Record

Plan for the shoot:
In this shoot I plan to explore something different from what I have previously done, and take some photographs of clothing, clothing is definitely an everyday object as we wear clothes everyday.
What I hope to achieve:
I hope that I will be able to get a good shoot, focusing on the texture and feel of the clothing as I think that this could be a good way to explore clothing. I will do this at home using the flash on my camera as I like the effect that this can give images and I would like to look and see if it works well.

What I actually achieved:
In this shoot I found out that although it worked quite well, I probably won't use that style for my final images in the exam, I really enjoyed this shoot though and I think you can definitely see the texture of the clothing really well.

ISO: 100
F/4
Shutter Speed: 1/30
I really like this image and I think its one of the best from the shoot because it shows the detailing on the dungaree strap, I used the flash in this shoot because I think that it shows the details very nicely.

ISO: 400
F/5.6
Shutter Speed: 1/100
I like this image a lot because of the contrast between the two textures, the actual clothing is very smooth and soft, whereas the buttons are very rock hard and because of the shape, they reflect the light a lot.

Overall, I liked this shoot and would do more work into it, however I don't think that it fits with my other shoots very well and therefore I probably won't use this idea in my exam as it will probably look out of place.
